Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

How to cross compile a c/c++ or python application code in .c, .cpp or .py in the evaluation kit TMDSIDK574x processor SDK.

please help, with the steps i need to follow. 

Build SDK option is there, but this thing i dont found in the documentation
