CCS/AM3359: RTOS examples issue

I am new to board TMDSICE3359. I want to use IT for my development process.

  • I am using CCS9.3.0
  • ti-processor-sdk-rtos-am335x-evm-06.01.00.08-

But I am not able to run the SDK examples.

When I am creating the project as per guideline given in "https://training.ti.com/processor-sdk-device-drivers-setup-test" I am getting the following message. Kindly guide me.

    Hi Vineeth,

    First of all, the pdkProjectCreate.bat requires the CCS installation and path CCS_INSTALL_PATH set properly. Please examine the CCS_INSTALL_PATH in the pdkProjectCreate.bat matches your CCS installation.

    You will also need to run the CCS once before the execution of the pdkProjectCreate.bat to let the CCS pickup the installed products in the Processor SDK RTOS (such as sys/bios, xdctools, IPC, NDK etc.)

    To make things simple and easy, you may want to install Processor SDK RTOS 6.1.0 for AM335x and CCS 9.3 under c:\ti (the default location)

    Hi Vineeth,

    The problem is the CCS version for Processor SDK RTOS 6.1.0 is CCS 9.1.0, but you installed the CCS 9.3.0.

    Please make sure the CCS_INSTALL_PATH in pdkProjectCreate.bat is the same as your CCS installed path.
