AM6548: PRU Ethernet kernel panic

Hardware: EVM

Software: SDK6.2

1. I connected the EVM board to the router and set a static IP 192.168.1.77 for it, meanwhile, I have a computer connected to the router and it's IP is 192.168.1.10

2. I execute the command "ping 192.168.1.10" on the evm board, then unplug the network cable from the EVM board, and then plug it in.

3. I continued to configure a static IP 192.168.1.77 for the EVM board and then executed the command "ping 192.168.1.10" again.

4. The kernel will happen a panic error and the log is
