Some questions regarding ISP/VPAC:
1. The TRM document states that the NF,Scaler,LDC operate with 720MHz equal to “up to 720MPixel/s” each.
o Is this each operating independently or is it a combined processing capabilities of the different units?
2. Is the input MPixel size the only limitation that has to be consider for the capabilities of the VPAC, or do customers need to take into account each operation. For instance: a 2 MPixel, 30 FPS in the scaler, does this have to calculate as 60MPixel (out of the up-to-720) or does one have to take into account how one configures the scaler? Or, looking at the example another way, if I attach 2x2MPixel@30 and 4x1MPixel@30, does this sum up to 240MPixel (out of 720). Basically, no matter how one configures the NF,LDC and the Scaler it will not lead to a congestion on the VPAC?
3. The Scaler supports up to 2 input channels, does this imply:
o One has to combine images if one wants process more than two inputs, like combining 4x 1MPixel into a bigger image or
o Does one have to read this as 2 images at once and if more than two are needed, they would have to process them sequentially (change config per frame)?
