Hi,

I am building a sample environment for EthernetIP at "PRU-ICSS-EthernetIP_Adapter_01.00.03.04".

Is it possible to disable the DLR?

(If yes,) Is daisy chain connection possible in DLR disable environment?

Hi Eiji,

Yes, it's possible to disable DLR, see https://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/ICSS_EIP_Adapter_Developer_Guide#DLR

"DLR is initialized using the API initDLR() and started with the API call startDLR(). A call to the API stopDLR() disables DLR feature in the firmware. Initialization needs to be done only on startup. DLR can be enabled and disabled at runtime"

The daisy chain connection is also possible in DLR disable environment but any fault will not be detected.
