Is the PRTCSS in external reset mode (PWRCNTON=1 and PWRST=0) reseted by a dm365 watchdog reboot ?

Please refer to TMS320DM36x DMSoC Power Management and Real-Time Clock Subsystem User's Guide (Rev. A) section 1.4.2.
Here it states that if the PRTCSS is in External Reset Mode, then reseting of the PRTCSS and DM36x is controlled by the RESET pin and not the WDT.

Thank you for your answer.
I read this User's guide. It was my understanding that the PRTCSS is reseted by the Reset Pin, but I was confused by the use of the 'RESETz signal' instead of Reset pin, hence my question.
Ok, so I assume that if I lose RTC settings upon a software reboot, this is due to a software resetting of the rtc during boot, and not a hardware reset of the PRTCSS
