No.  It cannot be downloaded at your link.  There is no -download-  link on this page or any of the connected pages.

They are all there.  I just verified.  Perhaps ask a co-worker for help.

I have now spent over a day of my time uninstalling, cleanung up, and reinstalling CCS and associated tools because one of your Code Composer update caused my setup to become unusable - http://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/p/129037/465209.aspx#465209... I still have another day of updates to go.  I hope it works again when I get done.

Please point me to the part of the page where the download link can be found.  I see lots of links to other pages but, despite spending a good part of an hour searching that page and the rest of ti.com, I cannot find a download link for C6748_setupwin32_1_00_00_11.exe or its successor
