Does the DM3725/30 have the CSI serial video input ports?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DM3725, DM3730

The DM3725/30 TRM describe the CSI serial video input ports in great detail in the Camera ISP section. However, the Introduction section seem to indicate the DM3725/30 do not have these ports. Does the DM3725/30 have the CSI serial video input ports?

Thanks.

  • Hello,

Was there ever an answer to this question? I have the same problem and need to resolve it.

    Thanks.

  • Hi,

Does anybody know the answer to this question? The datasheet for DM3730 says clearly:

""The camera ISP2P subsystem supports up to two simultaneous pixel flows but only one of them can use
    the video processing hardware:
    • Parallel camera interface + Serial camera interface: one interface data goes through the video
processing hardware. The other interface data goes directly to memory
    • Serial camera interface + Serial camera interface: one serial interface data goes through the video
processing hardware. The other serial interface data goes directly to memory.""

But in the Peripheral datasheet for the DM37XX family,  even though it is explained in detail, then it is said that none of the family parts supports this interface.

Can any TI employ clarify this?

    Thanks in advance.
