Dear All:
Can Samsung K9GBG08U0A 32G bit NAND flash be used with DM365?
I realize UBL, uboot and Linux MTD driver need to be modified.
Best regards,
Ray

Dear Marcus:
Thanks.
However, is there any way to find out a new chip is compatible with DM365 in advance?
Samsung K9GBG08U0A is a MLC 32G 4G*8 A-die 2.7~3.6V.
The attachment is the datasheet.
Best regards,
Ray
The following link provides a guideline for determining if a specific Raw NAND device can be supported. It also provides instructions on how to setup customized parameters to the ROM (as it relates to NAND geometry, etc).
