If below clock signals are all no need to be sync together?
If yes, could we use individual oscillator to replace clock generator?

Derek,
That diagram simply shows a possible solution for providing clocks to multiple devices on the same board. It does not imply that any of these clocks need to be coherent. Yes, you can use separate crystal oscillators. Yes, you can use frequency generators. Yes, you can use clock fan-out buffers. However, you must meet the individual signal level, frequency and jitter requirements for each clock input as some are more stringent than others.
