Unfortunately no. We only provide the Allegro 15.0 version of the footprint.

We recommend using the IPC specifications found here:

For the ZWT 0.8mm package, the 0.4mm is the recommended pad size in a non-solder mask defined style (which is recommended).

The solder mask must have some clearance, usually 4 mils on all sides is sufficient, but this can be determined by the designer.

The paste mask is normally the same size as the pad, since you want the paste to cover the whole pad.
