TMS320C6748: How to make custom Power Scaling (PSCL) library for SYS/BIOS?

Hello,
I want to provide frequency scaling in my application which runs on DSP C6748 , but provided with sysbios pscl libraries doesn't meet the requirements (voltage and PLL setting). In sysbios library folder I found pscl config files with the necessary parametrs, but I don't know how to make new library and import in project.

I am using 6.73.0.12 version of SYS/BIOS.

Dmitriy, in the SYS/BIOS config you can select “psclLib_user” to use your own pscl config file and have it be linked in to the application.

Dmitry, you can copy over one of the pscl library files that you mentioned from the sysbios library and modify it as needed to get your wanted voltage and PLL setting. You can then modify the SYS/BIOS config power module to set the pscl library to "pscLib_user", as shown in doc below, and use this custom pscl config you just created: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/bios/sysbios/6_73_00_12/exports/bios_6_73_00_12/docs/cdoc/index.html

If one of the provided sysbios pscl config libraries will work as is, you can modify the param mentioned in the link above to that corresponding pscl config library.
