Hi All,

I'm now using AM3715 and looking for mobile DDR RAM, could you advise which conbination should be batter.

1. 16bit x128M x4pcs, cascade for two chip select ,

2. 32bit x128Mx2pcs for two select

but method 1 the DDR RAM is easy to purchase in market, but method is diffcult to sourcing in market
