5505A USB with CSL doesn't connect to PC at Power On

We are using a 5505A with the CSL and USB. The USB fails to connect to a PC at power on. If we reset the hardware the USB connects to the PC. The problem only occurs on Power on. We are using the CSL that was released this summer and we have the 5505 define set correctly.

We have tried to use the XDS510 debugger to look at the problem, but whenever we use the debugger, the USB connects.

Any ideas.

Found the source of the problem. SYSCLK is not getting set to a high enough frequency for the DSP to run the USB at a power on reset. However, after a hardware reset the SYSCLK is at 100 Mhz, and the USB works properly.

Great, you got that figure out.

Indeed, the default setting of PLL after power up is 12MHz only. However, into to make USB working, the PLL at least has to run at 34MHz, or higher.
