AM4382: OpenSSL

Hi,

I am working on TI processor (TI438x Sitara processor) for doing such kind of below operations:

1. RSA 2048 Sign in and verification function
    - RSA 2048 key generation
    - RSA 2048 Encryption and Decryption
    - RSA 2048 certification generation using X509

2. AES-GCM-256 operation
3. SHA256 operation
4. TRNG generation

I had installed BSP - "ti-processor-sdk-linux-am438x-epos-evm-05.02.00.10" into my system. And As I had found, there is a crypto code at below location -

../ti-processor-sdk-linux-am335x-evm-04.03.00.05/board-support/extra-drivers/cryptodev-module-1.8

But, I dont know how can I use cryptodev-module-1.8 for doing above such kind of operation (POC)? is there any library available ?

Please let me know ASAP.

Hi Sandip,

As Biser mentioned above, this forum doesn't discuss secure devices. But I can provide some information for GP devices (AM437x) with Processor SDK Linux for AM437x, which information should be applicable to your scenario too.

The Processor SDK Linux provides openssl package to use crypto operations. For details, you can check the openssl website https://www.openssl.org/docs/, also the Processor SDK Linux documentation (link below) is a good start, please ignore the AM65x related information and start from the section "AM335x, AM43xx - AES, DES, SHA/MD5 Drivers".
