Part Number: AM3354
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65910

Hi,

My customer make a design for AM3354BZCZ80  and it can boot successfully.

Then they change the main chip from AM3354BZCZ80 to AM3354BZCZ100.

But the PCBA w/AM3354BZCZ100 boot fail at U-BOOT.

The following is the info from my customer:

1. VDD core from TPS65910 : 1.325 V

2.U-BOOT fail log:

U-Boot SPL 2013.01.01-bbb-fb (Nov 02 2019 - 19:52:51)

am33xx_spl_board_init

mpu_pll=1000

pmic=TPS65910

OMAP SD/MMC: 0

reading u-boot.img

spl: error reading image u-boot.img, err - -1

### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###

3. The layout of CPU and DDR3 is referenced from beagle bone, but the PCBA is 10 layers.

Please help to provide comments for booting successfully.

Thanks.
