I'm looking for a USB driver to access the USB bootloader of a C5505 DSP.

Hi, Michael,

Please contact Jungo (https://www.jungo.com/) for USB WinDriver for C55x. TI can't distribute the host USB tool under the license agreement.

Hi Rex,

I've contacted Jungo and they want me to buy a WinDriver license from them.
I'm not sure if I have phrased my request correctly: all I want and need is the USB driver not the USB host tool.

In order to push firmware via the USB bootload, I need the USB host side drivers for Windows.
I have to buy a a license from a 3rd party to achieve that?

Hi, Michael,

Unfortunately, the USB Boot Tool contains host side binary which Jungo doesn't allow TI to distribute under previous license agreement with Jungo. TI has stopped renewing the license agreement and not providing the USB Boot Tools in the CSL package. It will be Jungo to support the feature.
