Expected DM365 ADC input impedance?

Hello,

I can not find a spec in the DM365 literature for the typical input impedance for the 6 channel analog to digital converter peripheral input pins.  I apologize in advance if this ends up one of those "Please see section XX.XX in our documentation" answers.  I did look and failed to find anything in sections 5.2 and 5.3 of the primary data sheet.  Thank you for your help.
