Datasheet for XAM3715ACBC?

There is a datasheet (Jan. 2011!) for three packages (CBC is one of them). Don't think there is already an A rev for AM3715 but I might be wrong.

The X in the beginning just indicates a Sample device and they are not fully qualified. So there are no specific/dedicated datasheets for samples.

the web page also has the Silicon Errata doc (sprz318b) that lists an A device revision code (indicates silicon rev. 1.1). So go for that doc too.

There is also the B device listed now.
