non pop DM37xx schematic example

    Naic,

    What does it mean when you say "UP"? Is it an acronym or slang word or well-known word for something?

    By now, I would assume you have checked the boards that TI suggests in the Software & Tools area of the DM3730 Product Folder, and have found they use POP modules.

    My recommendation is to search the web for other board vendors who have built boards for the DM3730 and find out what support they can offer. There are many companies who do a excellent job of building and selling boards and collateral for boards. We mention some of them at ti.com in the Developer & Design House Network link under Design Support.
