MPEG4 encoder aspect ratio control

Hi

 

I am using MPEG4 encoder for DM648 (v1.10) and would like to change the aspect ratio field so that video encoded at 640x240 gets upasmpled to 640x480 by the decoder. Is there a way to change the PAR with this encoder?
