Sorry for taking so long to get back with you on this. I have a few questions for you:

• What version of Uniflash are you using?
• What version of PRSDK and you using?
• What version of the flash programmer are you using? Are you using the version packaged with Uniflash, or are you using the version packaged with PRSDK?
  • Uniflash location: <UNIFLASH>\processors\FlashWriter\idkAM437x\uart_idkAM437x_flash_programmer.out
  • PRSDK location: <PRSDK>\packages\ti\board\utils\uniflash\target\bin\idkAM437x\uart_idkAM437x_flash_programmer.out
• You're able to load the flash programmer from either XDS100v2 USB (embedded emulation) or XDS110 JTAG debug probe (external emulation). Note both cases are a JTAG load as described here: http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/06_01_00_08/rtos/index_board.html#loading-flash-writer-over-jtag-interface
• Can you please further describe what you mean when you say you're able to program the flash via USB? I believe the only mode supported for flash programming is via UART as described here: http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/06_01_00_08/rtos/index_board.html#programming-binaries-to-flash-device.
• Were you able to successfully erase the flash? This is described here: http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/06_01_00_08/rtos/index_board.html#erasing-flash-device-on-the-target-platform.

I have tried both V4.6.0 and 5.2.0

Currently I am working with pdk_am437x_1_0_15.

I use the one from pdk_am437x_1_0_15 location.

I meant loading by either USB (on am437Xidk) or JTAG (directly accessing J1) "connectivity".

As already described above, the JTAG connectivity doesn't work with C:\ti\<uniflash_x.y.z\dslite.bat (calling ProcessorSDKSerialFlash.exe).

I haven't tried this.
