Hi,

I am working on TMS320TCI6488 EVM. I am trying to run the 'client'  example (as part of NDK tools). When I build the example project the following error is displayed. Can you help me to resolve this.

js: "C:/CCStudio_v3.3/bios_5_31_02/xdctools/include/utils.tci", line 784: exception from uncaught JavaScript throw: Error: Can't find Platform.tc[ip] file for 'ti.platforms.evmTCI6488'

    It looks like you do not have support files for TCI6488. These are not provided to the general market and support is generally not provided through the E2E forum, but through the direct factory contacts that we provide for TCI6488 customers. If you have direct FAE or factory contacts, please get with them to find the information you need.

    If you have all of the files that came with the EVM, you may have overlooked the installation of some of them. Perhaps you can uninstall and re-install and make sure all components are installed, then be sure to update to the latest CCS and emulation releases.

    Please let us know if this helps or not. And if not, please add whatever information you can, or else contact your proper support channels.
