SOM for DM6437?

Hi All,

I would like to know if there is a simpler board, such as a system-on-module board, for DavinCi chips? In particular, does there exist one for DM6437 or DM6431?

 

Although I could only view the PCB file for Spectrum EVM6437 in Altium P-CAD viewer 2006, what I could found is that it is a fairly big board with a total of 9 layers, a bit too overwhelming for me. I would like to know if there exist a simpler version, something like the so-called "minimum system", so that I only need to add in the modules I need rather than to tailor the whole 9-layer board?

    We do not have a simpler reference design for this part. 

    Here is a general suggestion, 

    1. Review the schematics first, and check to see what you need/don’t need
    2. Use your own Orcad tool to modify the schematics.  If you have any specific questions on how to remove the undesired modules, you can seek help on a per-module basis.
    3. After you finalizes the schematics, you can start looking at the layout
