Hello TI team,

My question is regarding the PSDKQA release for TDA4xEVM -

Are file i/o operations supported in PSDKQA (with A72 running on QNX instead of Linux)? Would we be able to compile and run the vision_apps/basic demos?
Is PC emulation mode supported for PSDKQA?

Hi Ameya,

Yes file i/o operations are supported in PSDKQA 6.2. For example if the PSDKQA 6.2 instructions on creating an SD card are followed, the below commands could be used, at the QNX prompt:

cd /sd/vision_apps

./vision_apps_init.sh

./vx_app_arm_opengl_mosaic.out

PC emulation is a function of the PSDKRA 6.2 release. The PSDKQA 6.2 release is an add-on to the PSDKRA6.2 release, meaning that emulation work done on the PSDKRA6.2 release would likely be supported on the PSDKQA6.2. TI documentation on PC emulation is available at the links below.
