We were looking at means to efficiently communicate events between R5F and A53 on the AM6546. Right now we've done so by letting the R5F core write a specific message to a specific DDR memory location while an A53 program polls it. However, taking it further we needed to evaluate the best possible way to do this.
Is the rpmsg seen in PRU-A53 communication feasible here?
Or can a mailbox interrupt mechanism be a solution?
Do we have any examples available for these approaches?
