TDA4VM: C7x debugger support

Hi TI team,

currently we can do on chip debugging using the XSD110  debugger. Will you support other debuggers to debug C7x code?

    Hi Florian,

    When you create a target configuration in CCS and you select the debugger from the list given in the drop-down menu, if you see the J7ES_TDA4VM device listed in the options, then you can use it and we support it. Of course, note the different features each Jtag emulator has and what they can or cannot do. For example, the XDS110 is a lower-cost entry-level type, while the Blackhawk 560 is the more advances/faster one. It all depends on which one fits your needs really.
