CCS/AM3359: DCAN on GP EVM and ICE

Hi Rio,

The ICE V2 does not support in the DTS file for CAN.

The GP EVM requires a modification, you will need to set the status="okay" in the dcan node in the am335x-evm.dts file, compile and install it in SD card. Does the EVM have it's profile set to 1?

Regarding the GP, yes, profile switch has been set to 1.

Regarding the ICE, Do you mean: even I modify the DTS, the ICE still no work on the CAN? I checked the schematic, it has CAN,

Is It not possible to have the CAN function on the Linux OS?

So, these 2 wiki are saying the different CAN (CAN 0 / CAN1).

I tested this issue on 2 GP AM335 EVM.

My script is as following:

if TX script is with 100ms, the RX side will show nothing.

if TX script is with 1S, the RX side will dump correct.

Both TX/RX I set is 500K, why setting the 100ms will have no RX dump?

My script is as below (usleep 100 = 100ms, sleep 1 = 1s), I will change the interval depends on my test case.
