Are you using the DA830 board?  Those drivers may be downloaded from here:

Palanivel,

No, you'll need a different PSP for the OMAPL138 board.  For whatever reason, it seems that those drivers are not available on our external download page right now.

I'm working on getting them uploaded and available so that you will be able to download them.

Hi Ganesh,

The link seems to be the same that I mentioned in my first post.

As I mentioned earlier, this contains PSP w.r.t BIOS 5, I'm working on

SYS BIOS 6.30.xx.xx

Is there any recent update on this URL, corresponding to SYS BIOS 6?

I couldn't able to find any.

Yes, the link is the same, but Ganesh has updated that site to contain the PSP drivers for SYS/BIOS 6.X. 

The PSP version you'll need is 2.10.01 it's directly available here:

This version (2.10.0.1) of the PSP drivers does not define an environment variable / Eclipse macro that is visible in Eclipse if the project I am building is not a SYS/BIOS project.

 

This means I have to add an absolute path to the installed location of these files in my project properties making them non-portable.

           Firstly,  the PSP drivers version you are referring to is (2.10.01). And I believe you are doing a xdc command line build.
 And for this, the environment variables have to be set correctly. Secondly, the CCSv4 should be installed in the directory: C:/Program Files/Texas Instruments/

The PSP drivers has defined environment variables like:
"XDCPATH",
"EDMA3LLD_BIOS6_INSTALLDIR"
As to what should be set in these environment variables is mentioned in the Userguide(refer NOTE under section 1.3.3).
Note: The Installation of tools and PSP driver package does not set the environment variables, but this has to be done manually.

I'm not doing a command line build; I am using the CCS4 GUI.

 

The project does not use SYS/BIOS, EDMA3LLD, etc.

 

I'm building my own projects, not the PSP sample projects the PSP BIOS interface libraries.

 

I'm just using the register definitions in the pspdrivers_02_10_01\packages\ti\psp\cslr

 

PSPdrivers_01_30_01 set a CCS4 macro variable "BIOS5PSP_INSTALL_DIR" so I could create a project and

just add "${BIOS5PSP_INSTALL_DIR}\packateages" to the list of include directories in the project build properties.

 

 

I'm a year late to this discussion, but I do not see PSP v2.10.01 in the link below. Only the comment:

BIOSPSP is being upgraded to v3.x. Please stay tuned for a newer version that supports SYS/BIOS. Meanwhile you can continue to use BIOSPSP v1.30 that supports DSP/BIOS. If you have any questions, please post them on E2E forums or contact your TI representative.

BIOSPSP v3.00 support only DSP. Please refer http://www.ti.com/tool/starterware-dsparm for Arm9 drivers.

I meet the same problem with you. So do you know where to download the BIOS PSP release compatible for OMAP-L13x with SYS/BIOS 6.x? Because I need use the sata disk in OMAP-L138 and I really need it eagerly.
