Hi，

1. We'd like to replace the LPDDR4 to 1GB/512MB density by ourselves，if the platform support that small density LPDDR4？

2. We found that the CPU of jacinto7 platform only support 32bit LPDDR4, that means it can't support 16bit 1channel LPDDR4？

3. Could we configure the AC timing of LPDDR4 in uboot ？eg：tRP、tWR、tRCD，CL

Hi,

TDA4xM / DRA829 supports a minimum of 2Gb density per channel. For a single rank LPDDR4 memory, I believe this should translate to 512MB.
Yes, 16-bit / single channel is not supported.
Yes, these timing parameters are programmable through register settings.
