DRA75P: J6 to J6+ migration in same package : SW compatibility

Hi Everybody , 

I need to move in same PCB from DRA744  to DRA746P or DRA756P  -  

I m now on DRA744 on  Kernel 3.8  , and Android 4.3  :  when moving  apart form setting operating conditions ( like DDR speed etc )   is the code the same ?   any changes / issue to take care ?
