TMS320C6747: DSP IBIS model not working properly

Part Number: TMS320C6747

Dear sir,

we are using the TMS320C6747 processer in our project.

we are facing issue with processor IBIS model while doing signal integrity (as shown in bel figure)

hear U69 is DSP

  • Hello, it looks like you are having reflections on your signal. We need more details on your system. What signal is this and what is it connected to?

Have you gone over our schematic review guidelines :

    And our general hardware Guide:

    Thanks,

    Jeff

  • Address lines data line we are doing the SI analysis.
Here DSP is the Driver, Flash, and FPGA receivers.
    Part No's DSP - TMS320C6747DZKBT3
                      Flash - MT28EW256ABA1HPC-0SIT
                      FPGA - 5CEFA5U19A7N (Cyclone-V)
For reference, the Hyperlynx simulation window image attached.
From DSP P8 pin to FLASH- E2 pin, FPGA- W7 pin connected with a series resistor as shown in the image.
Please suggest us to come out of it.
    Thank you
  • Hello, looks like the reflections are probably due to the fact that you have 2 devices connected to the lines.  The signals must be properly terminated.  You would need to ensure that you are simulating these at the same time if possible in the simulation.  We don't typically suggest putting series resistors on the address and data lines.
