I am trying to identify through software, what temperature range an AM3352 package supports. I see in the AM3352 datasheet, the following diagram indicating temperature range through the package id on the physical chip.
In the AM335X Technical Reference Manual Rev J, I do not see any register which reports the device's operating temperature range in the following CONTROL_MODULE registers.
9.3.1.1 control_revision Register (offset = 0h) [reset = 0h]
9.3.1.15 device_id Register (offset = 600h) [reset = 0x]
9.3.1.16 dev_feature Register (offset = 604h) [reset = 0h]
9.3.1.49 efuse_sma Register (offset = 7FCh) [reset = 0h]
Is there some other way to determine this package information?
