TDA3XEVM: Why does Fast boot usecase not allow ipu1_1 to be added?

Hi,

I have asked this question before and replied that it will be solved in the next version.
I saw that the new version of the SDK was released, and after trying it, the problem was still not solved.

    Hi

    When IPU1_1 is included in fast-boot usecase, there will be a hang and rootcause of this hang is not yet found out.
    Hence the latest VisionSDK released in December VisionSDK 3.08 doesn't have the fix yet.
    This is still a known issue that IPU1_1 needs to be excluded for fast-boot mode.
