I'm sorry to start with a rant but
Six months ago I designed a PCB with a TMS320C6472 and I pretty much had to hand craft my schematic symbols.
I'm about to do the same with the AM3892.
For at least 10 years all the major cad tools have had the ability to import CSV based text files to create schematic symbols.
Come on TI, keep up! It is only 1031 pins how many hours and mistakes do I need to make.
Apologies if they are available but data I can't find is not particularly usefull.
