Can't load program to IRAM~~

Hi,all friends developing  on the Davinci platform~~

We face to strange phenomenon that we can load a program to a DDR2,but can't load a program to a IRAM on DM365 using XDS560+CCS3.3.When we load a program to the IRAM,CCS never respond to us like the CCS has broken down.

Sometimes(very few times) we can load to IRAM successfully,but when we click "run" command,it ran into "death cycle" after the first instruction. But when we load to DDR2,it ran correctly.

How does this happen? Does the IRAM need some configuration before we use it? We tested  the EVM board,it didn't other configuration?Why?
