Hello,
I have a beaglebone-black for evaluating AM3358.
I notice that there are no series resistors between the CPU and DDR3 and there is no parallel resistor between CLKP/CLKN for teimination.
In my opinion, the termination resistors are necessary for DDR3 design. Should I add these resistors in my own design?
