POP memories and power on sequence failures

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65950

I designed a board based in Beagleboard schematics, a  OMAP3530DCBBA with a TPS65950BZXNR and a MT29C4G48MAPLCJI pop memory.

I have some problems to make my omap board works. One of my doubts is concerning the pop memory. Is there any chance for the omap to work without soldering the memory. If this is possible, do I have to do something with pins like POP_TEMP or POP_INT.

I’ve checked all the power sources and they were OK (the ones which control the TPS65950), but the OMAP processor seems to be turned off. There was almost no power dissipation and no external signal which allowed me to determine whether de chip was working. Is there anything that I can do to check why the OMAP is not working?

Thanks.
