The schematics for AM35x SOM-M2 is available at LogicPD website. You need to create an account and get your kit registered to access the schematics.

But LogicPD not provide schematic and PCB source file eg. ORCAD or Powerlogic file format, any idea? we need a source file for AM3505/17 + TPS65023 + DDRRAM + NAND reference design.

Please request the source files to LogicPD. The SOM design is owned by them.
