Hi,
I am currently using AM1705 processor with Linux as the OS platform. AM1705 has two 64 bit timer & i am new to this Linux kernel, so can anyone provide me with information that how many timers does Linux kernel requires for its internal operation & if Linux kernel uses one of these two timer of AM1705, then which one is being used can anyone provide the information because i want to use one of the timer for my external watch dog application.
