AM3352: DDR Simulation, DQ/DM values

Customer is doing DDR simulation right now and have the below questions. Section 7.7.2.3.3.9 makes it sound like they need to all be enabled, but wanted to double check.

ODT IBIS Model selectors.

AM3352 side

DQS : Is ODT Disable or Enabled model ?

DQS# : Is ODT Disable or Enabled model ?

DQ : Is ODT Disable or Enabled model ?

DM : Is ODT Disable or Enabled model ?

DRAM side

DQS : Is ODT Disable or Enabled model ?

DQS# : Is ODT Disable or Enabled model ?

DQ : Is ODT Disable or Enabled model ?

DM : Is ODT Disable or Enabled model ?

which model should we select for simulation?

We can use the below scheme in general:

Reads:

AM335x: ODT enabled; Driver disabled

SDRAM: ODT disabled; Driver enabled

Writes:

AM335x: ODT disabled; Driver enabled

SDRAM: ODT enabled; Driver disabled

Address/Cmd/Clk:

AM335x: ODT disabled; Driver enabled

SDRAM: ODT enabled; Driver disabled

Pl note that the above settings apply to both DQ/DM on the controller/memory side.
