OMAP-L138: IBIS Model for DDR2 Data lanes does not have INPUT model

Hi,

I am trying to simulate DDR2 interface between OMAP-L138 and DDR2 memory.

I am unable to simulate the Read cycle as the DDR_Data signals IBIS model (OMAP) has only output model. The input model for DDR_Data is not defined in IBIS model(OMAP).

Is there IBIS model with input model for DDR_Data signals available?
