AM6546: electrical isolation between AM 6546 processor metallic surface and heat sin

Hi,

Do we need electrical isolation between processor metallic surface and in heat sink,

  if yes  what will be the voltage  level ?

  if no is there any risk of processor damage  because of  ESD etc. ?

    No electrical isolation is needed.

    You still need to adhere to the specified ESD ratings in the data manual.
