Here is my design goal:

To use one C6000 DSP to control 128 3G baseband modules, i.e., BCM21553 baseband processor from Broadcom. Not sure C6000 can provide support for 128 modules through I²C bus? Or is there is any other solutions for this?

In theory this should be possible using the 10-bit addressing mode that is supported on some of the C6x devices. Otherwise, the standard 7-bit addressing will limit you to 112 modules (according to wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I%C2%B2C).

Is there any other solution to support 128 modules? I mean, is any other interface other than I²C bus.

I suppose that something like EMAC/ethernet would natively support that many modules. USB can also get you close at 127 per host. A user implementation of Profibus might get close too.
