I want to confirm with you about TI TDA4 RGMII Setup/Hold time test setup.
From datasheet the RGMII5 and RGMII 6 use CLK 50% and DATA 50% to trigger the timing margin.
In my understanding we need to use VIH/VIL to trigger signal. Please let me know which setup if correct for RGMII spec and give your comments about the reason .
Setup 1: VIH/VIL for DATA and 50% for CLK signal trigger.
Setup 2: VIH/VIL for DATA and VIH for CLK signal trigger.
Setup 3: 50% for DATA and 50% for CLK signal trigger.
