CCS/TMS320C6678: Debugger initialization error - cache file damaged

Part Number: TMS320C6678

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi,

I have a problem starting debug session from CCS 5.5 (CGT 7.4.23), emulator XDS100v1 attached to a C6678 EVM.

From a workspace and project that debug without problem since few days ago, when I try to launch the debugger a get the message:

Cannot read System Setup data from XML file  cvm.ccxml

boost:filesystem:status: directory of file damaged and not readable:

"C:\User\.username\AppData\Local\.TI\226004662\0\0\226941379.cache"

The environment was not changed from the privous sucessfull debug session.

I tried with other workspace/project with the same results. I tried with create another Target configuration file but the result does not change.

I recently install CCS 10, but I'm quite sure the CCS5 5.5 debugger still working after the installation.

There is way to fix the problem? Maybe can I delete the cache files?
