AM1808 J17 RSVDN Pull up

Page 59 of the AM1808 datasheet has a note about the RSVDN pin J17 saying: "For proper device operation, the pin must be pulled up to supply DVDD3318_B."

Can this be directly connected to that voltage rail, or is a resistor pull-up suggested?  What value?

    Gloria,

    You do not need to use a resistor.  Having said that, I would use a pull-up resistor if given the choice just for the sake of limiting any potential current on the pin.  Anything around 1k would work.
