AM5728: Treck TCP/IP stack with the Ripple20 vulnerability?

We have a board based on the AM5728 design and would like to know if this board is vulnerable to the Ripple20 vulnerabilities?

    The Ripple20 vulnerabilities are security issues found in multiple versions of a software TCP/IP stack from Treck, Inc. Texas Instruments has already looked into the reported vulnerabilities (it was reported to the TI PSIRT last month: www.ti.com/psirt) and we found no use of this stack in any of our hardware or software products.

    So, unless you have chosen to use some third-party software that includes this TCP/IP stack from Treck, Inc., your system using this TI part is not vulnerable to this set of issues.
