Reset RTC Fail..

Hi all

We are using APPRO referance  design for the IP camera , Onece in a while we are seeing the

"Reset RTC Fail.." in the U-boot, if this happens, we need to discharge backup super capacitor, then only this error is going

. Is this a software issue or other hardware resetting issue.
