AM3352: Minimum ADC conversion time

Hi,

I have qestion about the ADC conversion time for AM335x.

The data sheet shows the minimum conversion time of 15 cycles, as shown below.

On the other hand, The TRM states 13 cycles.
I believe the data sheet is incorrect, isn't the minimum conversion time of 13 cycles?

    You are correct.

    The minimum acquisition period is two ADC clock cycles and programmable via SampleDelay. The conversion always takes 13 ADC clock cycles. So the fastest sample rate that can be achieved is one sample every 15 ADC clock cycles assuming you configure the ADC to operate in continuous mode.
